Refund policy

At Nylas Heart Foundation, we appreciate every order and every form of support toward our mission of helping children and families navigating heart journeys.

Because many of our items are made to order or produced in limited quantities, we ask that customers review their order details carefully before purchasing.

Returns

We accept returns for damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Worn or washed apparel

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Donation contributions

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Nylas Heart Foundation.

Exchanges

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will gladly replace it if inventory is available.
