About Nylas Heart Foundation

Nylas Heart Foundation was created from my daughter’s personal journey through pediatric heart disease and heart transplantation. After my daughter courageously fought through the challenges of needing a heart transplant and overcame the obstacles along the way, I am inspired to help other families facing similar hardships.

What began as one family’s fight for survival became a mission to help other families facing similar battles. We understand the fear, uncertainty, exhaustion, and hope that come with every hospital visit, surgery, and milestone because we have lived it ourselves.

We believe no family should face the transplant journey alone.
